As a direct result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, production and delivery times have been delayed by up to 10 business days than the time frame below.
Please be patient as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, with everyone’s safety in mind.
Shipping Origin.
Most products ship from various production facilities across the United States with a select few products produced and shipped from Hong Kong. In some cases your order may arrive in separate shipments
Shipping Method
All US orders are shipped with USPS first class mail or priority mail.
Orders containing several items may ship separately. We’ll let you know when each item ships.
Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
Processing time.
All orders are processed within 3-8 business days. Every order is custom made – please be patient.
When will my order arrive once it has shipped? (not included processing time)
We ship with USPS first-class mail, and usually orders will arrive in 3-7 days after shipment but can be longer due to stock availability and seasonality. If more than 8 business days have passed without tracking information please e-mail order # to support@family4paws.com
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
Refund Policy
We refunds the orders in the following cases:
1) There was an order defect or mistake due to our shop error
2) An order was not able to be successfully delivered due to our mistake.
Make sure to take a picture of it so we can address any issue in the future.
No Refund
+Does not refund for poorly submitted photos, address mistakes due to customer error
Return
As most of our items are currently made to order, we do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt to get the return address and return it to us unworn. Please email us at support@family4paws.com to let us know you wish to return your item and you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
