Refund policy

We refunds the orders in the following cases:

 

1) There was an order defect or mistake due to our shop error

2) An order was not able to be successfully delivered due to our mistake. 

Make sure to take a picture of it so we can address any issue in the future.


No Refund

+Does not refund for poorly submitted photos, address mistakes, wrong personalize information due to customer error.

 

Return

As most of our items are currently made to order, we do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt to get the return address and return it to us unworn. Please email us at support@family4paws.com to let us know you wish to return your item and you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods
